In Dolphin Anty, create or edit a profile and choose New Proxy, enter the NobleProxy endpoint as host:port:login:password or login:password@host:port, then use the arrow control to test it.

Get host, port, username, and password from NobleProxy.
Create or edit the profile, or add the endpoint from the Proxy screen.
Use a documented host-first or credential-first format with HTTP or SOCKS5.
Confirm connection, geolocation, and time zone before opening the profile.

Create or edit a browser profile and choose New Proxy. You can also open the Proxy screen, select Add Proxy, and later assign the saved endpoint to a profile.
Use host:port:login:password or login:password@host:port. Add the http:// or socks5:// prefix when you need to specify the protocol. Leave Link to change IP empty for a static endpoint.
Select the arrow at the right edge of the proxy row. Dolphin Anty checks the connection, geolocation, and time zone. Resolve a red arrow, red exclamation mark, or Error result before opening the profile.
Use HTTP or SOCKS5 and enter the assigned host, port, username, and password in a documented Dolphin Anty format.
Leave it empty for a NobleProxy static endpoint. Dolphin Anty documents that field for rotational proxy links.
The built-in arrow control checks the connection, geolocation, and time zone.
